Skinny Minty Green Smoothie

This smoothie is a GREEN MACHINE that just might become your new morning mojo addiction! 

It has more nutrient-dense greens than you can fathom and is perfectly concocted to blast away unwanted lbs. while tasting refreshing and delicious. Never suffer from forcing yourself to slug down “green drinks” that taste like dirt ever again.

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 scoop of Acid-Kicking Greens - I use the Citrus flavor
  • 6 or 8 leaves of romaine lettuce, or 1 large bunch of spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water or filtered water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 bunch fresh mint, leaves only 
  • 1 date or organic stevia to taste
  • Handful of ice
  • Optional: 1 scoop of Acid-Kicking Vanilla Plant-Based Protein. This will give your metabolism an extra boost and curb sugar cravings. 

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree for 45 to 60 seconds.
  2. Go and take on your world!
