Soothe GI Problems With My Top Healing Tea

Soothe and heal canker sores, throat burn, acid reflux, sore throat, bladder issues, ulcers, dry cough, etc., with my secret tonic.

It all starts with 2 ancient ingredients that are backed by modern science: Marshmallow Root and Cinnamon Bark.

Marshmallow Root is a demulcent herb that helps to soothe the mucous membranes in your body and calms your inner systems. Cinnamon is anti-yeast, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial. It also stabilizes blood sugar and reduces sugar cravings.

Directions

  1. In an airtight container (I use Mason Jars), mix 3 tablespoons of Organic Marshmallow Root and 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon Bark. I use the Starwest Botanicals brand.
  2. Keep on mixing both ingredients until you fill the jar an inch or so from the top.
  3. In a second jar, add 8 ounces of room temperature or like-warm water.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of the mixture to the water jar. Shake and dance 🙂
  5. Let it sit for at least 4 hours. I leave it overnight in the fridge for maximum potency.
  6. Strain, drink, hydrate, soothe, and heal.

For best results…

  • If you are suffering from acid reflux, intestinal pain, mouth ulcers, inflammation, or wet and dry coughs, sip on the tonic all day. Try to drink 4-6 cups of 8 ounces in total.
  • If you want to quickly heal a wound or burn, seep the tonic into a pad and wrap it around the infected area.
  • If you are on medication, drink this tonic 4 hours before or after taking the medication, as it may inhibit absorption.

It’s time for some spring cleaning—of your home and BODY. The Kick Acid Reflux Bundle provides a deep, healing cleanse and gives you the supplements needed to prevent acid reflux in the future.

And just like the house cleaning, make it a family affair. Husbands, boyfriends, teens, and friends will all greatly appreciate finding the cure to the problems they were too embarrassed to talk about.
